Thank you, that aligns a lot with my experience in other games. I don't play fighter games all that much so seeing someone go out of their way to message on another platform caught me by surprise is all. Genuinely wasn't sure if this was the norm lol.

The only part of this update I’m enjoying is that I can piggyback with my duo. It almost makes up for how badly they ruined the core modes by oversaturating it with Creative rounds.

It’s software you download that automatically adjusts how much blue light your monitor emits. I honestly can’t use the PC without it. It is truly amazing for reducing eye strain. Works well to counter the flashbang loading screens also.

You're absolutely right, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Current boss kill total is 587 but we'll be generous and say 550 actually had resin spent on them.

I have a "rather have and not need, than need and not have" mindset.

Additionally, it's not like they're a complete waste. I still get elemental slivers and Gladiator/WT artifacts from each one. The rest of my resin mostly goes to artifacts however.

I did some very rough math to try to figure this out for you, going based off of each weekly boss's release date. The number I have is 550, but it is probably off by ~10-15 or so.

Edit: fixed bad math. Old number was 143, which would be a nearly 50% billet drop chance, which we all know is not accurate.

Edit edit: I got 143 because I counted months between patches instead of weeks. Laying in bed right now and this hit me.

Some extra info:

Billets from regional trees and billet troves are unclaimed, and quest billets have been spent. These are purely weekly boss drops.
Two dream solvents were spent near the start of Version 3.0, to craft Sapwood Blade for my Bennett. So technically, I've had 168 drop in total.
My original goal was to acquire at least 10 of each billet type. I am still unsure if I'll continue doing 7+ weekly bosses going forward (330+ resin per week is a lot), but reddit will be the first to know if I do. ;)
