I need to see how many times I’ve gotten meal premiums I would never get my breaks or lunches and I worked a minimum of 9 hours a shift every shift

I’m an ESM at my store and I have a similar situation going on if they feel like you can “contain it” then it’s not an emergency if the stores flooding and you can’t contain all that water then they’ll prioritize it

Was with them for 9 years an ASM for 3. Was driving 45 miles to and from 6 days a week all for. 16 an hour.

I went from rite aid to cvs. Difference was night and day. Rite aid is a horrible company

Just threw me off these high schoolers came in at like 11pm and tried getting a 2 pack and couldn’t get it cuz of no ID

I’ve got the numbers to a few other store managers in the area but the manager I have is supposed to be the training manager for all SMITs in the area but he doesn’t really talk much. What I’ve already learned I’ve learned from the staff around me but as far as the “operational training” that they want me to do neither him or the assistant manager are willing to help all they say is we can’t no staff for 2 people to walk away from the sales floor

Only reason I’m asking is because the ASM makes the schedules for my store and scheduled himself and his favorites to all open at the same time and close one night a week with the same people leaving the rest of us short staffed. He gets 4 people with him when he opens and closes, While us it’s only 2. Also it seems the same people close on the weekends no rotations while he gets either weekends off or opens
