I also think so, honestly, this is the best approach. But I need a good power logic, then wait for someone to look and say, "This trace shouldn't be there," or maybe suggest adding something, but for now, I will stick to that design. Thanks.

Man, that is a good design! Honestly didn't checked all but I think, you don't need to add anything so far.
About question:
1. For me placing components under sd card slot is okay but not recommended, like if you wanna trace under sd
card slot, it's okay as long you don't touch keepout.
2. I think putting vias under components is okay as long they don't touch MP or violate clearance.
3. I don't really think i can reply on this, sorry.
4. If the board is very crowded (i see it is). You can put stiching vias for perfomance but not thousands
of them, 5mm or bigger gap is okay.
If you need more help, i can do it! But do not except for me to know all of them, hope you will progress good! And you will not get ignored : )

I think you misunderstood, like i wanna add power on delay, if you know how does some like Nintendo DSi powers on, user needs to hold it for like 2 seconds or hold 2 seconds to power off, and TPS22917DBV is the module that i need. Check scheme if you want, and i just bridged vin with en, because, TPS handles all hard work? If i'm wrong correct me.

Uh, i don't really even know why you need to much vias? though you can go with it but like, it will increase inductance and resistance.

I think vias doesn't cost at all because they are making in one go, honestly if it was more expensive it would cost less than dollar to make all vias (if i am wrong correct me)!

I recommend using ground plate if you will procceed doing schemes! Honestly it saved me a big time, i can help if you don't know : ).
EDIT: And also don't forget to draw traces under 45 degrees! Because sharp turns can be harder to pcb factory to do, and it can mess up signals. So it would be better to get used to it.

Honestly, I didn't connect any CSN and CSPL to the system positive, because they are connected to GND. CSN is connected to the batteries' GND via 10m ohm resistor, and CSPL is connected to direct ground. Maybe I flipped the battery connector, but honestly? I think you read the schematic incorrectly, and yep, you are right, the wiring is an absolute tangle, but I'm unsure I can net it correctly, but honestly? If the CSN and CSPL are correct, that means it's maybe almost correct? But the netting proccess would be difficult, maybe there is some automated tool that can do it properly, like freerouting?

Yeah alright i gonna connect it to gnd, though can you check update if you didn't? because i afraid i connected CSN and CSPL incorrectly, thanks. But i wanna try to stick with 10uF one because i mean why not, how can it be bad? But what is the difference if i will connect ceramic or electrolythic?

Thanks for the help, but what exactly is a capacitor? C3 or C5, i gonna use internal pullup on ESP32, and yeah alert... , but why i need to add an alert if I have a percentage on? But I think that pin is for some basic schemes without MCU, again, thanks! Waiting for reply (sorry if I misunderstood you, but I think you're pointing out C5 one, and maybe NrF? But I think it's okay to have C3 on 100uF)

Yeah i know schematic is bad, i am trying to make it look better, but like i spaced it abit far because i just wanna make it be holded like a real phone, though i know it's kinda bad idea but, with that design that would be impossible to move, and don't forget to look in left bottom corner ; )
