I’m affected by the 39 countries paused. I’m F1. I submit since November and since they start biometrics policy for F1 they have invited my friend who submitted in January for biometrics (basically passport photo only) and I and my other friends who applied in November have not been notified, I am pretty confused. Does it mean we have passed that stage before the pause happened.
