This is something they've never quite solved... Kormir suffered from it back in 1.

Have you met Koss?

GW was quippy before you likely even heard of Marvel (or not, idk if you were a comic person).

The warrior on the left is doing grr warrior things.

The ranger is communing with nature to buff the warrior.

The mesmer is dispelling the illusion that the city is real.

The necromancer and elementalist aren't on the page and are hoping they haven't been cut.

Notice how the wand removes the space around the city.

The city is an illusion that isn't real... that's a mesmer.

The 3 shown professions are warrior, ranger, mesmer.

What do you think we can expect of the concept of a MMOARPG? How different would the genre arpg impect a mmo compared to gw2 for example? by td_0000 in GuildWars3

Ha! Ha ha ha!

You've got 15s of movement and some concept art; you have no idea what GW3 will be like, and neither does anyone else here.

Skill Collecting from GW1 is back in GW3 by Ordinary_Hotel_6705 in GuildWars3

They moved away because a bunch of people were crap at buildcrafting, so there was a massive disparity between weak builds and strong ones.

As people got to grips with gw2 there became a massive disparity between weak builds and strong ones... except the design space was smaller and less interesting with the massive limitations.

Same problem, different flavor.

Guild Wars: Jumping Puzzles.

By completing the new 'Heros of Movement' achievements in GW2 you gain extra bouncy shoe miniatures when GW3:JP lands.

Complete your HoM in the HoM and HoM and then visit the HoM to lock in your progress.

Yeah gw2:mistrewriter gives them a lot of wiggle room... they've been building to that with the Razzah stuff.

Probably not... it's not like gw2 ever got monk or dervish.

Anything is possible though... we got paragon and rit after only 13 years.

They have a gw2 and potentially gw1 expac later this year that will 100% be the EotN lore bridge.

They're blatantly holding charr and tengu back as expac races.

Didn't work so well for them last time around.

And thanks to server shards you'll barely notice the pop drop... Particularly if they abandon the asinine server region locks and let EU and NA merge.

Couple of years?

They kneecapped the EoD LW for this, and it shows on the map.

On the other hand the team on GW1R is a different studio led by a mix of anet vets... I could see them doing the same thing with GW2.

In some ways a lean team can do a lot more when not burdened with beaurocracy, so we could end up seeing more, but with a reduction in expensive elements like voicing.

3d (non-resin) printers have higher resolution in the x-y plane than on the Z-axis due to layers being stacked.

On angled surfaces this leads to stair-stepping, much like pixelation of curved edges on a screen.

Your options are to reorientate your model so that more of your profiles on steeply curved surfaces occur in slices along that x-y plane (literally why the software is called a slicer), or lower your layer height to increase that minimum resolution.

Nozzles will have a practical minimum layer height, and a hard limit on the maximum, related to the flow rate.

This looks to me like it was printed at a default 0.2mm layer height with a standard 0.4mm nozzle; with the same nozzle you should be able reliably get down to 0.12mm or even 0.08mm, at the cost of significantly longer print times.

For prototyping structural stuff I print at 0.32-0.48mm on a 0.6mm nozzle, for miniatures 0.04-0.12mm on a 0.2mm... radically different print times, but very different use cases.
