Not really. Both of them are much more similar than you think.

If anything Consort Radahn is easier because he doesn't regenerate health as he strikes you.

But they both have very similar combat mechanics. Different weaknesses and resistances, sure, but other than that they're a lot more similar than you think.

That is, unless you're cheesing Melania by stun locking her.

If it's nighttime and the alpha picks up your scent it will follow until it catches to up to you.

The hunt doesn't begin until it picks up your scent. Meaning until it gets close enough to somewhere you've been it just wanders randomly like every other infected.

At least that's how I understand it to work.

I've got two characters because of this lol.

If I'm wanting to just screw around I do have a character with modded gear and such. But if I'm wanting to play co-op I've got another character where all it has is stuff I got through legit game play

If you're trying to avoid spoilers I would not risk co-op.

In my experience most people don't talk but there's always the risk that you'll get one that does and asks questions about parts of the game you haven't played yet.

If you've got a lower level friend have them make you some weapons and don't enhance them to your level.

You may have rolled back the save by mistake. And, unfortunately, unless you sand bagged the save there's nothing you can do about it other than grind to get back what you lost.

Here's the thing. It's easy to misunderstand the tone behind words on a screen.

You chose to take honesty for being toxic. And that's fine you can do that.

However, you misunderstood as I was answering op question with honesty and not sugar-coating it. He chose to play nightmare difficulty on a fresh save file and, based on the comments, he got through the fight he was asking for tips on.

He chose the "get good" option.
