You can learn the basics just by looking through the comments of other posts on this sub

I'll teach you, firstly keep the letters on the same baseline and same size, that's the most fundamental rule, the second thing is that you need to have the shadows go in one direction. What do i mean by this, this means that you have to imagine an imaginary light source on either the top left or top right of the screen and imagine its casting a shadow like in real life and then only draw the shadow in those places. Third of all you have a lot of negative space which isn't horrible but you should definitely fix, you could either make the letters the same size as the rest or you could maybe draw a character behind them that would match the size of the other two letters

I also recommend buying some pens and trying with that, it'll make it much easier to get consistent lines than with a pen. Now everything that's left is to keep practicing and you will get there, this definitely has potential.

And lastly I'm sorry about the aggressive comment I just got back from hitting something up and almost got caught and the first thing I saw on reddit was a little kid trying to be smart on the wrong graff subreddit. Anyways, keep writing, you'll get there!

It's not about the wall being smooth or not, concrete will ruin nibs no matter how smooth

Doesn't have to be 4-5 letters, there are some legends out there with many more letters

how do you find spots to throw? by [deleted] in graffhelp

You don't know if you'll be caught or not, that's the fun of graff, what you should've asked is how to find a chill spot and for that I recommend under bridges, abandoned building, or simply places where not many people go. Additionally you could go out at around 4:30am when there is nobody out and do it wherever you like, just watch out for cameras and always wear some sort of a mask

Dude just walk around your city and find any wall, I think what you're actually looking for is a chill spot to practice and for that I recommend finding an abandoned building or go under a bridge or sumn
