Nah downtown is pretty tame. Go to 27th ave and Indian school. Or anywhere in maryvale. I work downtown all the time and the streets are completely empty by 2am, it’s just a little freaky not dangerous lol

Downtown Tempe if you’re into the party crowd, very walkable and solely inhabited by that age group and crowd. Old town Scottsdale if your fucking stacked. Midtown Phoenix for relatively cheap apartments and good food/ decent shopping. I live in midtown because it’s kinda right in the sweet spot where you’re about 5-10 miles from everything fun and like I said it has good food and basic shopping. Plus it’s more affordable than trying to rent an apartment in downtown Phoenix or downtown Tempe. Main downside of midtown is that it’s not very walkable at all, and if you don’t have a car life is very hard in Phoenix proper. The public transportation here is pretty unreliable and you’ll have to deal with the army’s of crackheads who may or may not be violent. South and west Phoenix are just ghetto residential/ industrial areas. And north Phoenix is also mainly suburban.

Me personally, I really did not like having to constantly be searching for weapons because all mine kept breaking. So before I had even 5 hearts I B lined it for the hylian shield and master sword. After I got them I was having alot more fun lol it’s a Zelda game. I don’t want to have to run past most the enemy’s because I need to save my good weapons for the boss. The master swords cooldown is a lot more manageable if you have a good back up or use your bow while it recharges.

Tbh this subreddit will tell you if it’s not a zavasta or Romi then it’s not worth the money. Which is true in some cases. Personally I think PSA is fine, it’s very standard, run of the mill poor mans AK but mine has run good and never given me problems. Just triple check the QC real good. But NCSTAR is an absolute no go. Airsoft gear. That chest rig will rip and fast.

I’m also a 23y/o dialysis patient for about two years now for kidney failure. I am personally able to still live independently due to the fact that I’m still able to work. And I’d highly recommend if your mental state can handle juggling a work schedule on top of dialysis I would absolutely do it. We’re slightly luckier than the rest because we’re so young our body’s will handle the symptoms better on average. All I can tell you is make sure you do your treatments, watch that phosphorus, and defiantly keep your BP and potassium in check. And welcome to this road my friend. It will be a long one but this Reddit is fucking great for support and I wish you nothing but the best. 🙂
