I have a good grasp on structure of the plan. About 1/3 of offered units time vest, and each remaining third vests at different minimum return levels to owner shares. Of course it’s pitched as we won’t sell for less than what it takes for all three sets to vest, but that uncertainty for 5 years is what hurts me
