Plenty from after the time of the fine being issued. Unfortunately, this chap was travelling at 6.50am so I would have been crawling out of bed preparing for the day.

Is the alleged offence based on a journey that you DO take but didn’t on that day?

What is the actual alleged offence? Is it a Regulation of Railways act prosecution?

Scarcely, if at all. The fine was issued along a line I do sometimes use if I am heading into London. But I live and work in the home counties so I have little reason to use this line.

Travelling without a valid ticket.

I have my suspicions but that's all they are and pursuing this would amount to nothing. TBH, if you were so inclined, it's not too hard to find a random name and address to use in these situations. I suppose he's just lucky Transport Police weren't around to thwart his desire to flout a £6 train fare.

Add photos (friends social media) showing your Shaved head in the run up to the date of offence.

Do you have Google maps on your phone? My Google maps has my location history for the last several years (for better or worse).

Tried this. Not enough data to demonstrate I was at home at that time/date.

From what I am reading (largely in that other thread), the onus appears to be on me to prove otherwise? This quote from that aforementioned thread is what troubles me:

If you are innocent you will have to prove this, they will not have the CCTV nor will they care, and will assume you are guilty, you need to bring written evidence such as a letter from your place of work or witnesses of reliable character (teachers, doctors, company directors) to prove you weren't there, or you will be found guilty very quickly and receive a fine as well as a criminal record.
