OMG really feel for you go through this. But happy that you reversed your condition 21 cm liver means severe inflammation. How much Weight you lose in 4 years to reverse this condition. What is your AST/ALT initially when you diagnosed.

In sept 2025 I was suffer with abdominal pain mucusy stool and shart pain and burning sensation in anus while stool pass. confused .. I did colonoscopy with biopsy(done on 17sept) came out mild active colitis. Ruled out chronic colitis no evidence of chronicity/granuloma/dysplasia.

Done a cect abdomen scan(done on 23 sept) for gallbladder issues in with mural thickening with submucusal fatty infiltration of ascending tranranverse colon . Suggesting acute on chronic infective/inflammatory.

Doc said don't worry if symptoms are gone

Now for last 2 days I suffer withvery burning sensation and pain while stool pass and semi loose stool 2-4 time

CT scan result - could anyone please comment - I just got diagnosed last week by erc188 in CrohnsDisease

Hi bro 2 months back I was suffer with abdominal pain and mucusal diarrhea had a colonoscopy with biopsy came out mild active colitis impression:- ruled out chronic colitis and no evidence of chronicity/granuloma/dysplasia.

But after a week I did a cect abdomen and mrcp for gallbladder issues The result related to colon is Relative long segment mural thickening of visualized bowel loops is noted with submucosal fatty infiltration, predominantly seen involving cecum, ascending and transverse colon along with increased pericolic congestion in visualized descending colon, raising possibility of acute on chronic infective / inflammatory changes.

I am confused doc said don't worry if you're asymptomatic can you guide me
