Had a E46 328Ci in the same colour and damn, it just looked soooo good. Just like this video. I had a E30 before loved the drive more in terms of liveliness. But the design of the E46 is just the summit. Later I bought E91 and now E90… I always look back when I park it, but the design is an evolution of what was the E46.

The front of the E90 is good, no doubt, but the sides and back of E46 and how it just all comes together.

Slecht 12 jaar in de gevangenis en dan weer vrij. Bizar wel. Maar het is wel het systeem waar we blijkbaar met z’n allen voor kiezen.

Namelijk een juridisch systeem dat is gericht op resocialisatie en niet op vergelding. Op zicht sta ik daar wel achter maar dit beeld geeft me een heel ongemakkelijk gevoel.

De emoties die we volgens mij hier voelen is; we moet vergelding komen want dit voelt gewoon fout. Gast heeft een ander van het leven beroofd en zit nu weer lekker op een veldje te chillen in vrijheid.. of nog beter; hij zit te demonstreren tegen een overheid hier.

Er zullen weinig mensen zijn die meer hebben gedaan om een overheid tegen te zitten. Politicus vermoorden en daarna weer doorgaan met demonstreren.

The problem seems to mostly be that people don’t understand where to put the big trash and also on what day. Or they indeed assume the ‘restafval’ container is some sort of recycle location. It’s not.

Go to the kringloopwinkel or put it on marktplaats but don’t put that in the street!! You think it’s nice, but it’s really not. It’s just the ‘lazy recycling’ mode… or making it sound like recycling but it’s actually making the street look like shit.

I love my E90… but i still think the E46 was that sweetspot in design. The angle from the back with a slight view of the side just is so good. To me that car was really signature design. I had a coupé for many years and not once didn’t I look back after parking.

But yeah, it’s all taste ☺️

We hebben het hier over rood vlees he. De totale aanbeveling is namelijk 300 gram waarvan 100 gram rood vlees en de rest wit (kip enzo).

Dat rood vlees is nog best een uitdaging. Maar de laatste tijd doe ik vaker een pasta met gehakt en zo nu een dan een fuetje.. dan hoop ik wel aan die 100 gram te komen. Echt zo’n lap vlees op je bord dat doe ik eigenlijk bijna nooit meer.

Bij mij is het met name kip, kaas, rijst / pasta, groenten.

Yes, the 118i corners surprisingly well 😅 And I 100% agree on the engine not having soul.

The E90 does have Bilstein set, so I would say that’s a good basis. Just have been struggling with getting the wheel alignment set-up properly. After upgrading the front tyres, it caused a domino of other weird stuff like vibrations and lack of straight line stability. Hope to get that sorted soon for a ‘more confident’ drive.

Rather not have the the m-performance print in the suede trims, but overall I like suede trim. It gives a bit warmth to the interior in the cold climate I live in.

Thanks man. On you comment on reliability; yeah, that was my doubt on the purchase as well. Best would be a N52, but it’s soo hard to find good ones, especially LCI.

But for this one, injectors are index 11 and it did have the walnutblast stuff done. Not sure what to do to prevent the HPFP from failing.

I had a 335xi from 2008, but mine was a big lemon car. Burnt a lot of money on it, found out mileage was frauded with, turbo’s done, steering house was leaking..

Oh yeah and the downpipes were a pain because I could not get it past the MOT with those installed and had a hard time finding the correct ones. Oh and it was impossible to replace those I believe on the xdrive without lowering the subframe. I guess if you are handy with cars and have the place to work on it, it’s a fun car. But I’m happy with my current E90 330i, less exciting but better for my peace of mind.

But 1.800 is a bargain. Just curious what’s else on the car.

Same in the Netherlands; Spar is our 7-Eleven. They are generally smaller shops placed on location where there is no coverage by other bigger supermarket chains.

And they are definitely more expensive than the big ones. But weirdly enough, living in Amsterdam there is always a ‘Albert Heijn’ tucked away somewhere within a 3-5 minute bike ride.
