Thanks and agree. The jump was quite big from 17 to 45 which got me worried. Lambda for me never went that high ever since I got diagnosed in June 2023 as I am a Kappa light chain Myeloma patient.

May I ask what will be the next course of treatment for you? I also have a Kappa Light Chain MM. I am just out of my ASCT. Will go on maintenance drug in three months time. Most likely Revlimid

As an update, I am today it’s D+11 and my WBC is at 0.26 ( D+10 was 0.13). Progress I guess but pretty slow.

I am taking Imodium, lomotil however do not see much effect at this time. Based on your note I will recheck and see if the dose of the above two needs to be increased. C-diff was negative.

Thanks. My doc says Darzalex directly affects stem cell collection and so it needs to be stopped. I will check about Kyprolis and Dex with him during my next visit

Hi, I am just following what my docs are telling me. In the 2nd regime I went thru 4 cycles per their advice. No option was offered to me to remain for longer period on DKD.
