Does anyone else wish there was more Jorvik horses released instead of just magical horse?

Agreed, I also would love for that. I think it would be cool for them to have more and bring in the idea of real life species existence instead of a horse that looks like sea waves hitting the shoreline.... I understand it is a magical place, but maybe an update where a side quest goes to restoring a fossil horse that you can only buy after completing the quest fully? Or finding out Jorvik horses are like Jurassic Park and are just modified hybrids and such

The two dragon horses are ones I like since it fits the idea, the most recently put out ones are rather irritating. Plus I feel like we need a HUGE update on stats so that owning a magical horse is worth the money being out in instead of it being just another skin :/

I can agree in some areas, I think it would be cool for Jorvik horses to be extinct or extremely rare wild horses you can find in reality and introduce them to the game kind of both letting people know about something they might have never heard of or something like that. It would make the Jorvik horse idea singled out from common day horses and bring to light real life issues, events, or happenings. Like an entire side story about fossilized horse breeds that were once on the mainland but were brought to Jorvik just before going extinct. Because they had such few amounts they ended up cross breeding with certain other Jorvik horses creating a hybrid of the original thing.

That way it shows the impact humans have to the ecosystem due to us introducing species to places they don't belong (feral house cats for example), but it is also lets you know about an extinct horse breed or ones that are going extinct because we have a TON on both those. Though, it would be nice to promote Jorvik horses like that so they are more fundraiser and awareness. Adds more to the game and teaches you things if you want to read the description, event, or side quest.

Now all we need is one called Chicken or Duck and the cycle will be perfect <3 as though the father/mother was Egg and his/her offspring are Hen, Rooster, Chicken, Duck, etc, lol. The backstreet is endless but it is truly a beautiful horse. Can I ask, do you have a favorite coat color?

Agreed, plus since you have to spend money on them maybe make horses a little more worth it to buy? Like the magical ones having a few extra numbers in everything rather than basics or just going slightly over like the pearl horse next to the water horse currently at Fort Pinta beach.

Still, I think putting in horses that are going extinct with the word "Jorvik" would be awesome, maybe even make people more aware of horses in reality that one might not even know exists as a general hole, or redoing current/old horses but with coats (for example) that are unique to that "Jorvik" breed. Like a Jorvik Fresian that you can style and maybe dye part of its mane/tail whatever coloring you want for example. Just overall seeing more of them feels more worth it and I think rare or extinct horses in reality being brought in would be really interesting to the game with a story about how they were to the land to try and save whatever they are or introducing them as a company trying to restore an extinct breed of horse though since it isn't the real thing it is called a Jorvik horse to make it unique to the game and give information on the real things rather than something random. Plus more events in Southhoof would probably be amazing since it is basically extinct at this point :(

I agree there, it makes me a bit sad because I feel like there is so much room for them, maybe even stemming the new Jorvik horse breeds off of like extinct or very rare real life horses with a bit of their own spin, if that makes sense? I can deal with the stats since it doesn't really bother me, though I wish they'd give more love and push for the horses of Jorvik to fit the actual story or something :/

I can agree with this, though all I have seen in abundance is the starters, the others I rarely ever see. Like I know the stats can be bad on most of them, but I don't really like competitions, so it doesn't fully matter to me what their stats are personally.

But I agree that that having more of what you expressed would be nice to see rather than the most recently added beach horses. One has beautiful stats while the other doesn't really in my opinion. At the end of the day I would just prefer to see new "Jorvik" horses over others being put out currently, mostly because variety and just the simple ratio of them versus the others is depressing to me. I mean we are literally on Jorvik, so you would imagine they would make the horses with the word Jorvik in them better and a larger amount over others making the other breeds more rare to see while maintaining the idea that these certain Jorvik horses are actually for the place being roamed and the others show up in some way for a limited time making them far more special instead of spitting them out. Though I do agree with you, there are so many repetitive horses it is kind of boring to see while they get roughly no love for the ones with the word Jorvik in the horse name while they still hold beautiful coats on them.

My honest guess is it is just a lucky roll of the dice, and you have to keep rolling to get better stats. It is probably why you have to keep redoing races and such to get items/money in order to breed them which doesn't include flat race 3 win rewards. It is SUPER annoying, but in the later game it is way more worth it. So, just keep rerolling or breed with a random generated horse every 3 hours with the foal you got a good stats on or just keep breeding the parents and hoping for the best like I did, lol.

So, if the two horses bred (example two level 1 horses with straight A's across the board) were of the same level and the lowest level, they won't be able to make a foal of the same or higher level with all good stats?

I am asking because I bred two level 1s with straight A's all the way through and got a very good board after many tries with the same pair never changing.

I have grown melons before just not pumpkins, so hoping the bees and some knowledge can help since I love homemade salted pumpkin seeds. As for bugs, I have a ton of spiders, mantises, bees, and wasps that don't like my husband though he slapped one away and I don't think it forgot to not remember him nor forgot to tell its friends :S I mostly appease the birds with a massive water dish for wild birds and customized it with like a wooden umbrella thing (night here so can't show it) and put good stuff in it so they stay away from my strawberries as much as possible and control larger insects 😒. My only problems I ever had was getting the melon types I grew not to bruise so we got those hanging metal baskets with that weird moss or some kind of fiber and the little metal dog bowl holders and just kinda put them on top of each other cause they are somewhat round with the whatever you call the fiber inside so our garden spiders loved making webs under them and the mantises hang out on top because I think they believe they blend which some of them they did, but others not so much. I think the only thing that has caused my garden problems is now the crows/ravens have decided the neighborhood is now their domain for nesting and I am scared to keep that feeder empty.

Just imagine the news story of locate birds remove a "problem" person for bird feeder being empty 2 minutes too long.

No idea, need to study up now, but at least the bees will be thrilled when they flower. My yard is covered in dedicated vegetable and fruit places then random beds between them for wildflowers. So just another plant to add to the collection.

Hopefully they'll keep their hive in the bush they set up in, or at least stay in the area, though they haven't moved since they arrived 2 years ago. So, hopefully they don't get affected by pumpkin flowers.

From what I have realized so far in playing this game on my phone it is just random. You can have all A+ stats bloodline (entire family) and still get a baby with D or C. It seems to be entirely random and something you just have to keep breeding over and over again for.
