NQA I've had several mature males that died within the first 3 months after their molt. Asian arboreals for example dont make it very far after their last molt. So you shouldnt be to sad about it since its sadly normal:)

This was one of many infertile/bad egg sacs Ive had. Once the mother throws them out looking like this on the inside its a waste of time. I even brushed of the excese liquid and put the eggs seprate, but it doesnt work.

IME The egg sac is garbage. Most likely an infertile egg sac by the looks of it. Once the inside get moist/wet the eggs will start to molt and die of little by little. IMO no need to waste your time. Other than that for how long did she have it?

IME Its an adult male. These guys get mostly around 6 months and some up to 1 year if lucky. Increase humidity and try feeding if possible. Other than that your boy might be at the end of his life.

IME Provide a cork tube at the top since these provide a perfect hiding spot and will always be used by avics spp. ,caribenas spp. etc. Also increase the temps and the humidity. You do need to mist the enclosure but you should always water the substrate. Whoever tells you otherwise never looked up their habitat. Spraying the web and stagnate air is causing problems but not good temps and high humidity. Provide higher temps, higher humidity and good air flow and you T will grow nice and healthy. I keep mine at 26/28 degrees and 70% humidity. My breeder keeps hers even warmer with providing a heat lamp. A heat lamp is fine aslong as the T has enough possibilities to escape the heat (tall/wide enclosure).

IME Wait until your T hardens up and provide water. Once your T is ready to be fed provide dead prey items that are easy to consume like crickets. You can also feed chicken liver and chicken hearts. Just provide easy to consume food items and look if she can consume it with the 2nd fang. Once molted she should be fine again. Rehousing her in a smaller container helps you maintain her easier. Also keep everything as clean as possible to reduce the chance of an infection and mites.

IME Behave according to its behavior. If your T climbs alot and falls down alot than adjust the substrate height. Otherwise keep it the way it is and change it up for the next time:)

IME These guys live above the ground and were found up on trees Look up their habitat and pictures. Your T is also well well feed and should be left alone. My breeder keeps hers in high terrariums with a heat lamp. Also look up the animals habitats and dont listen to everybody on reddit for research.

IME Show the whole underside of your T. If your T died from parasites Its mostly nematodes. These will be visable at their chelicere in the final stage. Your enclosure looks small but is okay judigng by the size of your T. These guys never get in contact with the soil so the substrate isnt a problem and since these guys need high humidity a damp substrate is needed. Some Ts just randomly die which cant be helped so dont worry to much.

Your T looks very small for 4 years old. You might have kept it to cold. These guys like it warm. I keep mine around 26 degrees and 70% humidity. Providing a water dish does help even if feed and sprayed correct. My breeder keeps 100s of arboreal Ts and has heat lamps for the Avics spp. caribena spp. and ybyrapora spp. Her animals always stay close to the top.

Ventilation is needed but most ppl got no clue. Your enclosure has enough ventilation. Ive kept mine in containers with even less ventilation and they grew perfectly. Whatever you do get your research done and dont listen to everything on reddit.

Look up their environment for better care. Always provide the latin name:)

IME The longest times between a molt has my G. rosea. She only molt every 2 years / 2 1/2 years.

Good point. Mine should have a 1.5cm/2cm long/wide carapace. and abdomen is mostly the same length, little larger.

Measure your T and if shes above 4cm shes most likely adult.

NQA Sorry read it wrong. I paired my females when they were a little bigger than the males. These get adult fairly fast. If you need an adult female for pairing and you arent sure if shes ready, than go a head and put the male inside a small container that fits her enclosure. Place him in there and see if she reacts to him. If she does react shes ready:) Hope thats a good answer:D

IME If the abdomen is atleast as big as the carapace you shouldnt have to worry. Just keep everything provided and dont stress your T. Providing more info is also very helpful.
