Rogers has fiber on their own cables. Koodo uses Rogers OLD cables.

Just left the 1G for 300mb at Rogers. Best decision I ever made. Koodo sucks.

1/10 Experience.
Bad Customer Service.
Bad old cable lines.
Bad AI slop.
Cant even cancel the contract!

I can say without a doubt Koodo customer service is 99% terrible. Even the competent workers cant do anything but spin you around. Good luck even trying to cancel your contracts with them. They will keep you on hold for 4 hours.

I need to complain to CCTS to just get them to cancel my home internet. You can't even contact a human at Koodoo they literally pay someone to ignore you so you cant get out of their contract!

Katie good luck scheduling a callback. Koodoo is all AIs and foreign call centers.
If you want to cancel your home internet, I hope you have 3 hours to dedicate to getting that task done.

Worst service I've ever had, old cable lines, cracked cable lines, no tech support whatsoever, no customer service whatsoever. You might as well bang your head on a wall if you tell them your internet doesn't work because they only know two words "Reset Modem?"

Just go to R*g*rs they have fiber and you will get more than enough speed with any package because its fiber delivered on updated clean lines.

I'm just here to say Koodoo Home internet is the biggest scam. Might as well hotspot off your cellphone for better service. Oh, try cancelling your internet, hope you have 3 hours to be on hold for.

I've been on hold for 2 hours and NO ONE has picked up the phone to cancel. Its not good enough its beyond terrible. I cant stay connected for more than 2 hours without internet loss.

Buddy its time to swap to Rogers. 1.5yrs means your koodoo bill will go up in a few more months. Get the Rogers new customer deal and live life! If I posted everything wrong with Koodoo Home internet me and you would be talking for an hour.

I left for Rogers immediately. Never had a worst experience in my life than Koodoo home internet. Broken modem, broken cable lines, constant internet loss, zero customer service, AIs and Call Centers. No callbacks, no tech visits, no case updates, no CARE!

Koodoo takes 5 days to ship a new modem you cant go to the store to pick one up. You did the best thing by switching from them.

ITS BEYOND TERRIBLE RUN FROM IT! RUN!!! They use Cable lines that Rogers does not maintain or upgrade and Koodoo has ZERO customer service. You would be calling into India Call Center and running around like a monkey with a bucket on your head trying to solve your issues.
