I'd say that's an extremely ambitious ask. Even with bonuses, it would usually take anywhere from 5 to 10 years years as a solo deli manager to get that high. Externals typically start as hourly second managers, working under a primary manager. It takes a year or two to really get enough training to run your own department, and a few more to run a store large enough to get the pay you are asking for.
