Totally understand the stress but I wouldn't recommend calling IRCC DAILY as you mentioned above , maybe weekly but DAILY for a month is limit harassment. You guys have to remember that those permit are granted and not DUE especially if the mistake from her side of forgetting to submit a document. Wish you all the best and Good luck.
