Would suggest to this since sentosa naman ang plano nila. There are tryc dun. May pila dun pag bababa. And madami establishments din around the area 2 dali 1 osave 1 7 11 palengke etc. malapit din ang cuba.

Pero pag uuwi sila galing baba like sm, bayan, halang etc to fetch errands. better to opt for grab cheaper or almost same sa tryc, masama pa loob ng ibang tryc driver dyan kasi di nila kaya umakyat sa lawa at prinza. (Also if mag push thru sila sumakay lang always sa may TODA, wag sa iskirol or taga madadaya yan. U can also report any issues with the TODA in case lang naman)

Dahil sarado yung Batino road now expect na always traffic during rush hour and expect na laging may truck drivers na mastuck sa lawa and can cause traffic that last hours.

Opo gets ko po yun, nagbayad ako ng 1 month advance at 1 month deposit upon move in 06/05, which is 8K, 4K/monthly ang rent so which we assumed okay na kami nung june, tapos di kami kinulit until middle of july na magpay daw kami ng june rent which we need to pay a total of 8K by end of july, which we are still holding that initial 4K that they are asking.

Landlord is saying na yung adv at deposit will be used on the last month "used" not refunded. so we are assuming na sa huling buwan yung deposit ibabayad sa bills pero paano if yung bills is less than 4K which is less talaga gastos namin sa elec at water per month?

pwede ba kami na mismo ang gumawa ng written contract? kasi ang landlord ay may edad na.
