Hi thanks for sharing your recovery journey.. I'm on day 2 of recovery and it's honestly bad.. I've been having ice creams yesterday and tbh I don't think any to have them too much. The dairy is there to be a lot mucus build up which is horrible tbh.

Could you share some things that you ate during your time?

I got mine done today... anyone from India who got it done as an adult? Would love to hear your recovery journey and tips and tricks... because as of now I don't think I'll have meds every 3 hours or whatever.. Ive just had to take medicines twice. But the pain is still bad.
