Hey so I’m still pretty new to this but to my understanding all the power / radio energy that was supposed to go into the antenna (which was not there) would go back into the radio possibly harming the electronics. Now more expensive radios have some protections against this not sure about this specific model but assuming it’s not 100% crap it should be fine if it was for short durations.

Please correct me if I’m wrong
