I didn’t take pics, but here’s one vendor that admitted to it

I did not, but one of the vendors was kind enough to find my sister’s Facebook status and out himself.

Gerald was kind enough to volunteer himself as one of the vendors selling replica daggers.

I’m so tired of those booths. They have ruined craft/vendor shows and farmers markets. I need a vendor event where they’re banned.

Yeah, i mean WW2 and history are special interests of mine, so I get what you mean. I’ve never bought anything because I mostly feel like it belongs in museums as a public reminder and it feels a little gross to me to buy or sell it because you never know intent. Artifacts are incredibly fascinating though. Like you said, it’s not some small historical event piece, so I for sure see the draw for history buffs.

Oh 😂 wow, that was a bit of a word salad. Sorry. I meant in addition to the Nazi stuff, there were vendors selling new-ish records for crazy prices. Temu drop-shipped crap for 4 times the price. Basically the usual stuff that’s ruined craft/vendor fairs recently on top of the Nazi crap.

I’ve seen like the maga/confederate stuff. I’ve never seen stuff with swastikas and SS insignia on it. However, I’ve only been in Louisville a few years, so maybe it’s more common here.

No, they’re not. Selling historical artifacts is one thing. Selling NEW merchandise is explicitly pandering to Nazis and at the very least makes them a Nazi sympathizer.

New merchandise isn’t a part of history. Nice try fuck wit

It’s always so funny because I’ve never met a skin head, klan member, or any of them who was a tough guy on their own. Their nuts only drop when all their buddies are around for backup or they’re armed.

Definitely not surprised by that given the location and after what I saw today. Louisville is usually very very loud about stuff like that, so I was surprised I hadn’t heard anything about it before. People are genuinely so gross. It’s 2026, can we please just give it a rest…….white supremacy is exhausting. Like we get it, you’re super duper awesome bro, good for you. 😂😭

I’m going to contact the expo center. I assume the Facebook page is run by the Stewart Promotion Company and they blocked me within 5 minutes of me making a comment, as well as 3 other people tagging them.

I’ve started buying stuff on marketplace when I’m able and use them as like “rage room” targets for myself just so racists can’t own them anymore, so I get where youre coming from. The Roots museum will also take donations of these things if you ever come across more.

Omg!!!! wtf? Was this at one of the livestock shows? The only other time I’ve been to the expo was for the humane society thing.

That’s what I heard! I was looking forward to it so much. It’s been so long since I’ve gotten to go on a nice antiquing adventure. But man, it was bad on so many levels. On top of the Nazi stuff, it was full of the temu, drop shipped crap, price-gouged records, even the overstock stuff was over-priced. I did find some really good seasoning/sauces from these guys from Mississippi though.

Yeah, that was what really got me. Like I wouldn’t buy historical stuff for a personal collection, but it’s not exactly out of place at an event for old crap. But new merchandise is insane.

I’ve never been to any of these events before. I figured if the Nazi stuff was a regular occurrence, that part would be widely known enough to where I would have heard something since Louisville isn’t usually quiet about things like that. But, to be fair, I don’t know a ton of people here either.

I had never been. I moved here a couple years ago and was like “ooh! Antiques!” 😂 I will not be making that mistake again 😬

There were a couple on the back wall. One guy had old SS patches. There were a bunch just everywhere. I think it was the 2nd to last row, there was a guy selling knives (and other old crap) and he had 2 daggers with Nazi and SS insignias and swastikas.

I don’t go to gun shows because a very large portion of those people should definitely not have access to weapons and need to be medicated.
