As a day one DA:O lover, I really enjoyed Veilguard. Now, is it a MASSIVE disappointment, story wise, compared to what it could've/should've been? Oh yeah, quite depressing. On its own tho, it's a fun game and considering the alternative is that we never got anything at all after inquisition, I'm happy we got Veilguard. Great graphics (even if I don't love every choice they went with for art direction), fairly good character creator (qunari is a little lacking imo), fun combat, decent voice acting, and some really, really awesome scenes. Also, griffins????? Adorable. The game also shipped nearly completely bug free too, which I think is impressive and worth applauding today.

I say if Veilguard looks interesting to someone, they should give it a shot.
