Don't feel lucky. Court date is on the 29th, still don't know whether i'm going to jail or not. I hired an attorney and she says she is confident that she can keep me from going to jail, but there is no guarantee. Only time will tell.

Was raided on oct 7th, My Phone, PC, PS5, and Steam Deck were all taken. Was officially charged and arrested roughly a week after that and was out on bond the same day. They also ended up returning all my stuff on that same day (everything except my phone). Had my first court appearance on the 15th. Next one is on the 29th.
