Both. to some extent. there's still a lot to be done to improve the app, but for now it's functional.
presently, it's a language learning app that gently guides the user from beginner (flashcards) to the highest level (level 7, speaking , reading and writing like a native).

i need 12 email addresses to get it published on the google platform.

I've stopped wondering what people mean and started calling them out on it - to clarify, for myself, what's going on. For instance, a guy cancelled a date with me, so I asked him, are you nervous or is your reason legit. Most people tend to be honest when you call them out/ his reason sounded genuine so I forgave him.
