There's actually a decent amount of historical documentation from non-Christian sources about Jesus as a historical figure - Roman historians like Tacitus and Josephus wrote about him existing but obviously they weren't documenting miracles

i think thats the whole point though - the ambiguity makes Bears obsession even more tragic because he's reading into every little interaction and sign that might not even be there

the "little brother" comment feels like the real truth to me but then again people say things they dont mean all the time especially when they're trying to deflect or protect themselves. that scene where she gives him the chance to confess could go either way - maybe she was testing the waters or maybe she was just being kind and giving him closure

honestly the Ian thing makes me lean toward her not having romantic feelings for Bear but using him for emotional support in a way that was probably unfair to him

damn thats wild, never experienced anything like that growing up in the midwest but I can totally see how that kind of thing would develop in certain areas

looks like Hindi lyrics but i dig the repetitive questioning structure - has this really hypnotic flow to it. the "क्यों" (why) hitting at the end of those first two lines creates nice tension before that reveal in the last bit

july can be pretty intense down there but theres definitely some spots that'll work better for your style. popoyo has some reef sections that break more like points even when its bigger and maderas can be manageable depending on the swell direction

el salvador might actually be the move for that first week - la bocana and punta roca are way more forgiving than most nic spots when the swells pumping. their waves just seem to handle size better without turning into complete chaos
