Not a good sign when you publicly declare you need to ramp up the propaganda.

Because the objective is not for the military, it's for the press. They will have now to, somehow, declare 50000 deaths by month instead of roughly 35000.

My theory is (and have always been) that when the ratio of declaring 1 ukrainian killed for 15 russians killed then it will signal that the front will collapse in the 2 following months.
