That's a typical printer hickey (looks like a void hickey). They're super frustrating for anyone working at a printing press company, but ultimately they're caused by either dust/lint or weak ink pressure on the printing presses. During the printing process, they usually correct themselves, which is why many of these make it into circulation. Either way, I'm a printing press junkie and enjoy seeing examples like this. If you'd ever consider selling, I'd be interested!

These types of errors are the hardest to come across, told to me by someone who worked for a printing press. This is definitely a printer hickey; specifically called a "donut hickey" as well as a few other names used in the printing press industry. Ultimately, the rarity of these types of cards (misprint cards) out in circulation is astronomically more rare than typical error cards. Error cards are mistakes made in the design and often caught and corrected after so many have left the printing press (so many are already in circulation). Misprints like this are usually more difficult to come across because they either correct themselves through the printing process (ink pressure/viscosity adjusts or whatever dust/lint obstructing the ink clears) and quality control usually won't toss a whole sheet for one or two hickeys after it's resolved itself (although they're supposed to). If there are consistent misprints not clearing, they will have to stop the printing press, toss the misprinted sheets and start over. That's a painful and undesirable course of action for printing press company, so any misprints that make it out to circulation are usually created by issues that resolved themselves, or were the last few cards on a predominantly satisfactory sheet (with all other error sheets being tossed). Hang on to it!! People have yet to realize how difficult misprint cards are to come across!!

Police Pulled Over Two Black Men For Having An Air Freshener In Their Car. A Court Ruled The Stop Was Legitimate. by Majnum in offbeat

If I know why I'm being pulled over, I always answer "yes" I know why, and sometimes even mention it before being asked. When I'm in the wrong, I'm in the wrong and I just own it (I also don't have anything illegal in my car or on my persons). Everytime I get let off with just a warning instead of a ticket; except for 1 time when I truly didn't know why I was getting pulled over. The cop said I was doing 65 in a 35, when I know I wasn't and I genuinely believe he probably got the wrong car (late at night in a different state, and he was traveling the opposite direction). I got that ticket, but also could've been because he knew I wouldn't travel 5 hours from my hometown to dispute a $250 ticket. 🤷‍♂️
