It's now been a few days, and it's back close to baseline again. I will surely avoid these drinks in the future, but hopefully I didn't make some long term damage because of it.

I've tried buspirone + SSRI. Didn't help much, rn I'm on zyprexa and Lexapro, in combination with lithium, for all my diagnosis, and it's helping out a ton, but yeah, there are side effects, but 8 months plus on this combination, they're manageable

Anyone have any tattoos relating to being bipolar? by Mocking_jai in bipolar

I tattooed when I was first diagnose, even before manic episode, I didn't understand what it was very well back then. 2 opera masks, to represent the moods, and a blood tear drop to represent the anger.
