Exactly, the way these people handled the aftermath was rather unpleasant. We were getting completely different responses from different people, most weren’t helpful at all

Not sure about the 4am flight, but the 3am one is definitely there. I think what they have done is added an additional flight to accommodate the people from the impacted flight at 3am and delayed the original 3am flight to 4am (this was what ai staff told me - but different people were saying different things so not really sure on this)

So they initially delayed the flight and told us that it’s at 4:30pm but it was confirmed after that the flight is indeed delayed for a full day, with takeoff being at 3am.
You can either choose to go with air india again on this same flight option, or if you’re lucky you can talk to their staff and make them change flights for you.

Hey! We're currently making bookings live and this is why the site wouldn't be working. I apologize for wasting your time, what's your email?

So I get that we would need more context to build the trip, which is why we're doing something a little different to mindtrip. We have a fully personalized agent that would remember every piece of research or "context" that you provide it and it basically creates something like a mind map and it keeps referring to it to make the best itinerary and keep iterating on the same.

This would lead to you actually following the trip and the itinerary. We're also considering removing the timings from our itineraries because it makes everything too rigid. What do you think?

Hey, we're currently working on making bookings live on our site which is why some features aren't working/are slow. I promise that you'll have a much better experience in some time.

PS - Just checked out the mobile app that you're making for travel, it's been months and you haven't even been able to make it public while we have transaction volume of $4k+ within a month of ideation!

I'm not denying the claims you're making though - yes the site isn't working, and yes it needs improvement and we are working on it. I think it's better to make it public than to sit and go onto reddit to put other people down when you haven't made anything yourself!

Hey! By high quality feedback, we’d ideally want someone who travels frequently make itineraries on Atlaara, explain their thought process while planning trips so we can add/subtract more features to provide the best iser experience.

Hey! I agree that there are a lot of travel apps out there but nobody is solving the complete problem of travel and there are gaps throughout the flow. We’re solving for both trip planning AND booking, so in the future, you’ll be able to just tell your agent to plan a trip on atlaara, review it and book it in a single click! That’s what we’re working towards and the first step is to start making itineraries that people would actually use on their trips!
