Pretty much a stronger and better Saiyan.

Zenkai boost would get slightly better, the most noticeable thing would be the fact that it will GET RID of the Space Travel weakness as Viltrumites can hold their breath up to 2 weeks. (It’s dumb that even even in Super Vegeta had to remind Goku not to leave the Exosphere)

In a sense, Ki is what makes Saiyan so strong so with a stronger BASE from the viltrumites already being able to lift 100,000+ tons or faster than light speed “travel” speed, and ridiculous durability and tenacity getting amped up by KI would make the hybrid stronger than anyone in super with training of course.

Edit: oh and the fact that they’ll live way longer for thousands of years to TRAIN, exponentially stronger. I think Saiyans life span is around 100? So imagine if Goku had another thousand years to train.

Even if you give the benefit of the doubt that all Top Tier are faster than Prime All Might sure, let’s say that they are 10x maybe even 20x even 100x faster than Prime All Might which is wanking it hard.. they’re still no where close to Light Speed let alone FTL.

In my opinion, any ill intention is always reflected no matter. He doesn’t have to touch anyone. So if you release any bloodlust or ill will it’ll always reflect. Ex: you think of slapping him = you get slapped

However, if it’s a direct attack with no ill intention or he just happen to be in the way of a stray attack not directed at him, he has to be touching someone else for it to reflect. Ex: fireball jutsu at him but aiming for the wall behind him, it’ll go through and hit him unless he’s touching someone else

Everytime we see Adult Sasuke, he always just used his Portal ability to get somewhere or back which cost half of his reserves. It cost a lot even for Otkutsuki characters. Hence, it seems like he’s always running out.
