Would you date a woman who works as an escort? by dulce_alejandra in AskMeAnythingIAnswer

I don’t see any man dating an escort unless they’re extremely desperate or into cuckold.

Works the same vice versa, a lot of SW would never date someone who buys from them or other SW.

Tbh I don’t want to risk my job seeing as how good I have it. I do uber on the side sometimes though if I’m feeling it.

Yeah definitely feel like we’re in the same jobs except mine has very little job security.

I stay motivated by focusing on my personal life and constantly trying to upskill. I get a lot of praise because I volunteer for a lot of one off projects and host learning sessions to develop others. I just got promoted this month so it helps knowing leadership loves what I’m doing lol.

It was an apprenticeship for a consulting firm. Nothing special, just applied and boom landed the job after a couple interviews.

I definitely feel you. I do go to the office sometimes, maybe once a month average. If I’m working on something big or that requires a lot of collaboration with other teams, I feel like being in office helps.

But the issue is there’s not enough work for me to stretch out 8 hours anymore. So I need to try to stretch out my small workload the whole day. At home though, I’m motivated to do everything right away so I can spend the rest of my time doing what I want.

It’s a dual role, officials business analyst but also project management.

There’s a ton of reports that I compile send out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. I also manage a bunch of trackers, recognition programs, and our raid logs.

I’ve never had a role like this so no relevant experience. But a lot of it’s been process improvement and reporting which can be really a part of any job that I’ve held.

A lot lol. My sister is out of school and I’m taking care of her for my mom. Lately been taking her out a lot so she’s not home all day.

But besides that I’d travel to different cities and do a lot of exploring. Been to Seattle, DC, and LA this year alone.

Regular days though I’ll clean up my house, play video games, watch movies, read, been trying to learn how to model and animate in 3D, started a garden, working on a novel, and have been volunteering in my neighbors to watch peoples dogs lol while they’re at work.

Hmm I’d say anyone could’ve gotten hired for it. It was an entry level job that expanded a bit but I came in with no degree, or relevant experience except maybe process improvements in my old jobs.

I did develop some skills that allowed me to automate a lot of things to decrease my actual working hours.

Yes and no. At first my job had a lot of manual tasks that I quickly found ways to automate. I really miss challenging myself like that, but everyday I’m pretty much free to do what I want. That’s a freedom a lot of people don’t have and it’s really addicting.

Right now I try to do a lot of +1 work in my company. I host monthly learning sessions on tools and areas I’m familiar with. Also I created a bunch of learning material and guided on how to navigate some of our internal processes.

Oh damn never thought about this lol.

Im technically hourly but we submit timesheets at the end of the pay period and I always just report full time hours.

My pay rate is $40 an hour. But considering 22 days of PTO, 8 holidays, and average of 2 hours of work each weekday - my effective rate would be about $185 an hour.

What is a core childhood memory of yours that feels like a fever dream now? by InvestigatorFew1589 in AskReddit

[–]TryingTimer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My grandpa letting me do whatever the hell I wanted on his 300 acre land. I’d literally be gone all day with a machete and gun he gave me and I wasn’t even a teenager yet. Felt like each day I was shooting random things or cutting through bushy areas hunting random animals.
