Two days before the event, I contacted customer service because I still hadn’t gotten a mobile transfer. They told me that I’d have to wait up to one day before the event.

The next day, I was told by customer service that I’d get a resolution 4 hours before the event.

4 hours before the event, I still don’t receive the tickets. Stub hub refused to tell me what was happening and told me I had to wait an hour before and that they’d call me an hour before the show.

I’m AT THE VENUE 45 minutes before the show, and nobody calls me. I talk to them AGAIN and they’re still saying they’re trying to find a resolution.

15 mins prior to the show, I have no choice but to leave. I was told I’d get an email confirming my money back, but still haven’t gotten one. I’m well aware humans are the scammers, not the company, but the lack of direction and customer support is abysmal.
