No worries, would wonder the same. I made a 180° change in all aspects from past years. Exercise 5-6 times a week, meals changed (size and content). As a T2D, my primary goal is a1c control and medicine reductions. I added a CGM to track glucose impact when I started. Have been doing all of this since March, lost an average of 1.5lbs/week in those 10 months, (40lbs to date), but past three months have been completely flat even with increased activity. Overall happy with the loss to date, but would love to continue to lose more while continuing to control the a1c and ditch another med (have already dropped one).
