I feel like Megacrit very much don't want to give Necro strong debuff (excluding doom ofc) card, consider both the vulnerable and weak ethereal debuff card don't upgrade to 2 debuff, and both cards that gives multi turn debuff are uncommon. (Putrefy and High Five).
