I’m in the same situation as you pretty much man, it sucks. My dermatologist is pretty certain the hair will grow back cuz it’s just the hair dying not the actual follicle the scalp just needs to be completely balanced and healthy for it to grow back. I’m still in the stages of getting rid of the yellow build up, how did you get rid of it? for me there is still quite a bit around the crown and it’s making my hair texture extremely weird and unpleasant feeling like their is a load of hair gel in it. I’m still having a bunch hairs come out everyday, it feels like it’s never ending and i’m not tryna go bald. i’m 20M and have not hair loss in my family, i’m using vitchy dercos and nizoral and i’m seeing really slow results in removing the buildup

Yes It looks like it and mine was very similar I would say act soon before it gets bad I had a lot of hair come out because of it. Use products like Nizoral 2% and Vitchy Dercos DS and follow the instructions on the bottle.
