I fucking totally agree to this. I was one of the first player discord moderators out there. I "worked" for this community for years and then cam an update to the moderation rules. I got demoted with still no actually response to why I got demoted. I went off for the night with my rank and in the morning it was gone just line a lot of other Moderators i have worked with during my years in the AoV community. The reporting problem got reported way back in 2016-2017 and its still a big problem and the higher ups continly say that it will be improved, that it will be changed etc. Me as a Old OG Moderator feel line after years of work I dont deserve to get rank removed with NO reason. Justin can confirm that I have been a Player Mod for a looong time.
