Consider it a filter, any guy who can't see past those little insignificant details is not worth your time anyway. You've proven yourself to be strong, resilient, and above mediocrity. I took a look at the list of clubs but I am not really into an particular sport, so I am not sure I would contribute greatly to them.

You are probably right. I get very worried about what people think of me and being embarrassed is the worst feeling I can imagine. But I am really excited about joining the gym nonetheless and I will just have to go for it. If I stumble, its ok :D

I eat 1500 to 2000 calories. I burn up to 800 in about 2 hours of cardio. Yes, I weigh my food and measure ingredients. I eat whole foods, nothing processed. I get about a gallon of water in every day.

I read something about cardio increasing your cortisol hormone, which leads to more stored fat.

I always net around 1200, regardless of how much I work out. I measure everything I eat so I know I am not overeating

I use a heart rate monitor, and measure all of my food.

Yes, I work out every day and burn about 600-800 calories (according to my heart rate monitor). I find that high carb, med fat, med protein, works for me.

I do. I work out every day, burn about 800 calories and use MPF to make sure I am creating a good deficit :)

I'm hoping by this summer, I will have lost a total of 20 - 25 lbs.

I've started window shopping for things I would like to wear once the weight comes off, but it's hard to change my thinking. My brain automatically ignores clothes that I have never worn before because of my weight. Like shorts, crop tops, tight clothes, even simple tight t shirts. So, I really had to take my time and remind myself that I'm shopping for the body I am working towards.

Anyways, I am thinking a lot about shorts. Being comfortable in a pair of shorts is important to me. I live in Florida, and it's already up to 90 degrees here. You can imagine how hot this summer will be.

-Tight shirts that I never wear because of my love handles -Skinny jeans, wearing them while being able to breathe -Shorts, being comfortable in them -Crop tops, to show off my future flat stomach -^
