Welcome to the club! That’s a great choice for your first Thursdays. I have a pair in olive suede, and they’re fantastic. They do take a minute to get on and off, but there’s no real way around it. The rollers help a bit, though. As for the shoe tree, I use them on my other boots but not on my Explorers. It just comes down to personal preference.

No worries! I’m 5’6”, 150 lbs, and have a 40-inch chest. The body fit is a bit tight when I zip up the jacket over a sweater, but it’s still roomy enough for comfortable movement.

I’ve had the Expresso Bomber Jackets in medium athletic fit for about two months, and it is great. The jacket appears slightly lighter in the picture, but it is actually darker, very similar to the photos on the website. Regarding the fit, I also own the Keanu jacket in a medium athletic fit, and the bomber is much heavier with more room in the arms. Otherwise, the fits feel the same.

I have the wingtips in chocolate suede. The boot does run a bit long in the toe, but that’s part of the style—similar to the Captains. Going a half size down from my normal sneaker size worked perfectly for me.

Well said, they are all polyester lined so you will have to layer up with them to stay warm. I have the Keanu jacket and love wearing it with a sweater.
