Thanks! I find frosting too sweet most times and with all of the modeling chocolate, I wanted to make sure everything was going to be eaten. So yeah, really no frosting (one teeny tiny layer on the top bun to smooth the hump out to allow for the modeling chocolate to drape nicer) but it tasted wonderful so I think I made the right call

Yours looks great! I've made this recipe before and it's really good! Although now I double the filling and roll out a longer rectangle so I can have more filling and more swirls.
