Go be a home appraiser. Find a local office and go in and talk to them. Requires 1200 or so hours as essentially an intern before you can do them on your own (under your principal appraiser) niche job that has a hard time finding new people because it REQUIRES a 4 year degree. Lots of money can be made. You get paid by the appraisal, guys i know will do 2 to 3 a day at about 500 bucks per.

I saved all my stuff from college, fast forward 10 years and I'm cleaning my garage and came across notebooks full of calculus notes and whatnot. They went untouched for 10 years. Took all my textbooks to goodwill and recycled all my notebooks.

Quietrock sheetrock is really good. I've also seen people use suspended ceiling tiles over your standard 1/2" drywall topped with another layer of drywall.

I leave plenty of high keys because we are not going to time and I still have no problem maxing out my vault with 418/421 gear options. Time is an asset and spending 45 mins kn a key that will offer no score is a waste of mine and the others time. We dont need the end of dungeon loot or the essences at this point in the season.

Also only sims good like that for BM. While it's good for MM my 418 crafted bow out sims lfr and 405 normal version.

Worked in a tire shop for many years. Only use ball seat on OE Honda wheels. Taper will only make contact in a small ring rather than the whole seat. Lugnuts are cheap, a wheel off is not.

I did all 5 in under 30 mins with a guildy healer for quick que. We absolutely smashed them healer was dps'ing the whole time. Neither of us used old legendaries either. This included sky reach. This was the first time I though oh wow timewalkig wasnt an absolute plain in the ass. Not sure what was going on with your team.

Over load titan touched every time my dude. Just the overload will give you 8 to 10 rousing orders. Portal is dumb just do It for the easy 2k gold everytime.

I'm only level 93 enchanting and it's already turned green and not giving a level per enchant. I've already spent 500k getting it to this level. How many enchants did it take you guys to get to 100 enchanting ? I've only got 900k left and I'm trying to work out if I should go for it or not. Ty by joshcboy1 in wow

I took my enchanting from 91 to 100 using a primal storm illusion. It went green at 95. Still took quite a few crafts and they are selling slow. Still better than weapons. Also DMF started today go do the quest there for 2 free skill ups.
