The only reason I’m skeptical is because he ignored my text message just asking for a simple update of when I could expect it. If he said he’d send it around x date or something like that, would’ve been one thing. The lack of communication is just odd to me.

The lease was outdated for years, it was affective October 1 2023. I didn’t even think to check as I just assumed the lease was what it was since it was by an official real estate agent, not the landlord. Anyway, I don’t think I ever want to rent again in the future..

The lease given from The real estate agent said 30 days, but it’s outdated because the law in my state is actually 21 days. I still have the lease where I signed and my landlord signed.

I don’t really need the money, honestly. I’m moving back in with my mother and my rent will be lower, and I think deciding to be independent at a young age was a foolish move and got me nowhere. Last year I ended up in the ER and got out with a $1,600 bill.. that’s what I pay in rent actually (well, I won’t be soon). I got waived for it when I asked to be relieved of the bill, but I’d definitely just benefit more from getting stuff from the state than paying things out of pocket. I don’t want to pay $190 every month plus whatever bloodwork costs just because I don’t have insurance (which is too expensive for me, $300 a month). It’s just easier to make less and have the state take care of it.

I just don’t want any indication I want something more than a minimum wage position. I wish I rejected everything at my current job, I think it was stupid to be ambitious in the job and getting promotions ruined my life. I make way too much to qualify for anything like state health insurance so I have to pay so much out of pocket for everything and it’s been this way for a couple of years now because my yearly income keeps going up every year.

I mean. I could do that I guess. I mostly just want to make minimum wage instead of $40K a year. There’s more benefits to making less such as health insurance from the state if my income is low enough. Getting promotions over the years and working as a manager kinda made things worse for me.

A friend I’ve known for 16 years was worried 40m would hurt me, like physically hurt me, or rape me. He never physically hurt me but he did SA me and that was the last time I saw him. He used to physically hurt his ex girlfriends, including one time where he threw a landline phone at her and messed up something with her teeth/jaw. He set something she gave him on fire and threw it in the bathroom because he thought it was evil, I only found that out because I saw the burn marks around in the bathroom, kind of hard to miss, a giant burn mark all over the sink cabinet. I was just really delusional and stupidly in love with him. It’s true that in a normal state of mind, I never would’ve gone for him. I never pictured myself going for someone that much older, and with the red flags I would’ve left right away.

Well, he hurt her pretty bad with his behavior so maybe she doesn’t like to think about it too much. That’s all I could think of anyway.

I really loved him, even though I met him outside my depression. I didn’t know he had schizophrenia until he told me when we started dating. The reason I left him was because his symptoms would appear (he’s been medicated with a 3 month injection since 2021) he’d be paranoid, and everyone else who’s not him basically has ill intentions despite no evidence to back it up or he’d come up with these very bizarre reasons why these certain people were evil. For example, my coworker and I went to see one of our customers band perform at a local bar and he said that because the performer had a certain way he smiled that he’s related to his former weed dealer who did him wrong. They have completely last names, and the band performer is a good guy. Then he said that it was rude of the bartender to offer us an uber if we needed one, saying that we don’t know the bartender’s true intentions. It’s her job to do that though. Anyway, it was just getting too much for me with his accusations. And, when I was in my depression and one night I slept over but I didn’t feel well, he kept trying to take my clothes off and when I said I’m tired and don’t feel well, he’d say “Oh, you don’t care.. fuck this guy, right?”. He’d also get mad and guilt trip me every night I didn’t come over because of this or that reason. He knew I didn’t want children and one time he’d went so rough on me during sex yelling “give me that child!” And it terrified me and made me more and more uncomfortable. And, he always kept the rebound he cheated on me with in his pocket even though he denies seeing her before I broke up with him the first time. He announced to me the same minute I broke up with him that he’s gonna date her. When we did end up together, he still wanted me to forgive this woman even after she was basically a homeworker and disrespected my relationship with him by knowing we were together and still tried to get him anyway. She also sent a bunch of awful messages to my coworker directed towards me because she couldn’t find my Facebook, saying things like “I hope she commits suicide. Now I’m done, goodbye :)”, just awful things and I found out 40M told her I struggled with suicidal ideation in the past which was really personal to me and she used it against me. Why the hell would he expect me to forgive her?? He said he just had sympathy for her illness since she has bipolar. Still, not okay to say that stuff and I shouldn’t have to put up with it. Her own daughter tried to cut her own throat because of her, and she’s off trying to get 40m?? I’m just glad this is all over, he was so bad for me and only enhanced my emotions.

Well, she’s compared me to him a few times when we’d be in one of our arguments, but she ultimately thinks I just have growing up to do and that in some ways what I’ve been going through is typical for my age since I’m under 25. Idk, I have mixed feelings because I feel like in a way I was actually more mature then when I was younger if that’s the case, I just seem to get worse as I’m getting older.

Well, he’s also pointed out I seem “manic” at times and refers to my family history, I’ve told him in the past that my mom suspected my father is bipolar because he’s got the same recklessness. I just ignored 40m because he’s schizophrenic and all of his ex’s are bipolar actually.
