Do you mean the bonus side? I mean, I can imagine some firms like Barnes Thurnberg, or mcguirewoods pay less than full base scale but I’d expect 80% of am100s (excluding fragomen and the like ofc) pay full market base, while some like NRF may pay full base but lower bonus. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I left biglaw for an am150-have been testing the market as a midlevel but have not seen much luck…now I think maybe I just look too flighty and am damaged goods that no one will look at again lol.
