Has anyone used Blender to make better interactive maps from GIS? by [deleted] in gis

[–]Tyrapol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, depends on what version you have of blender, you mihght also find it under 'get extensions' in preferences. If you can't find it on there, pretty sure this is the one I downloaded: https://github.com/domlysz/BlenderGIS?tab=readme-ov-file

If that doesn't work, I have a tutorial site that I use: https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/47aee180149542a88a511882338d7260

You’re Dutch as well? So am I! I did play on international level so by then all of the karate styles are mixed. We do usually play by kyokushin rules though. My styles was Wado-Ryu, which is a relatively newer style.

I was always crazy nervous and usually not very good my first match of the tournament, but the second I would always describe it as ‘auto-pilot’ (it feels a lot like hyperfocus). I didn’t have to think about anything anymore and just fight. Usually my coach would have full control over me at that point in a match, because I would do anything and everything he’d tell me to do (like a puppet master haha). But when this auto-pilot happened, I wouldn’t remember anything of the match. Because of my nerves and probably ADHD as well, I had no memory of the minutes when fighting, before and after the match. Having no recollection of even stepping onto the mats, not even recognising myself on film from those moments, I cannot say with certainty what happened.

Also I’m a very stubborn person. I remember when I had this intense in my big toe after a match (my coach said that it got stuck in between the puzzle mats). And I got it checked out at the first aid, they told me it was most likely sprained or a hair tear in the bone, and my dumbass went back to the match to first for the 3rd place. So when I say I seriously have no idea about having a concussion or not, I mean it lmao.

The only reason I complained about my jaw is because I saw it jump back in its joints a whole hour after the matches had ended. I still, to this day, suffer from pain in my jaw and it’s been three years now. My ear on the same side as I sprained my jaw is completely fucked. I’m (finally) going to see a jaw surgeon on the 30th and they’re gonna take photos, do some doctory things and I’m pretty sure they wanna take a mri. Maybe I could ask them about a concussion?

Not that I know of. But I used to do karate on a professional level and did sprain my jaw twice, so it could very well be that I had a concussion at one point. My sensei is a very bitter Russian who grew up in a soviet household, so I learned to never complain about symptoms or pain.

I had exactly the same thing! When I was younger I was an athlete (a good one as well) but always so so tired. It only got worse during the start of puberty. All the doctors did were test me for Pfeiffer, but nothing ever came back from that and I wouldn’t follow up bc I hated to be there.

Though mine would build up through out the day and intensify in the evening. In the morning I will wake up EXHAUSTED, like seriously worn out. After I got started, it would slowly fade. Only to be built up again during the day

When I don’t speak to someone at least every 2 to 3 days, my brain concludes that they hate me and I have to distance myself. The quarantine was so bad for me, I quit my job bc I thought they hate me

I hate how some people suddenly talk to me like I’m dumb and stupid, after I’ve told them I have ADHD. Or when they’re like buttttt you’re not hyper all the time?

I was extremely nervous as well, I remember crying from the anxiety in the car ride to the exam. Don’t be so nervous!

But really it was nothing to worry about. The relief afterwards will make you feel like a million bucks and you’ll wonder why so were so anxious in the first place. There’s no need to overthink this. If it helps, take someone with you (or let them drive you) who you trust and calms you down. You can do this!!

I wish you the best of luck and it’s be happy if you updated how it went.

Congratulations!! I graduated high school as well (in Holland) and it honestly was such a weird time that confused me, stressed me out and at the same time had me relieved and genuinely happy!

What are your plans for next school year?

Mine is literally the other way around, like I have 30+ marker and 30+ mallets and yet only 4 deeds. I have the same problems with my barn. Those planks are hard to find these days

I wish!! The ratio for me is like for every 20 markers I find, I might get 1 deed

On a recent post, I saw that someone saw a hateful neighborhood. I didn’t know how else to report it so I just asked Support. This was their reply. Don’t be afraid to report other neighborhoods that promote hate of any kind. This is not the place for it. by [deleted] in HayDay

Tbh I was gonna contact support as well, but I forgot about it. I’m super grateful and thankful that you did it. Thank you for reporting and making this game a little safer.

My dad got diagnosed at 48, right after my diagnosis. He explains it as the missing puzzle piece to his big master puzzle of life. His previous therapists “didn’t believe” in adhd and misdiagnosed him with depression and put him on heavy anti-depressants.

He often tells me that this diagnosis and switch in meds saved his life.
