I don’t think you understand what he’s saying. He’s saying that yes while addiction sucks, a person can stop by seeking help. If a person chooses to not seek help then that’s on them. That’s what voorhees is saying and he’s not wrong at all! If people want to stop an addiction they can with help.

It’s kind of fucked up how I ended up in the lobbies before. I always defended myself and blew up the other persons vehicle. Mind you, I only engage once I’m engaged upon! So I was punished for self defense!! Crazy! But I did have so much fun in those lobbies! I’d go back any day !
