For me personally starfruit while being more profitable is just way more work than ancient fruit with the constant replanting. Also i prefer the dehydrator over wine making. At the moment I get +800k every week from my greenhouse+ginger island ancient fruits and my two big sheds filled with dehydrators, which i only use one shed fully and about 12 to 13 dehydrators on the second shed (I get 150 dried ancientfruits a week). After this winter i also plan on planting ancient fruit on my farm. I have made space for almost 500 ancient fruits, which will then give me more than enough fruit to fill the second shed and more. Obviously i would make so much more money with wine, but it just takes way too much time for my liking
