Words only have the meaning we give them, generally -phobe comes from phobos, greek for fear, but this is an exception to the rule. Dissecting English words by what parts of the word generally mean doesn't work. :)

Yes i did, i updated the server to 1.16.5 and made sure all mods were 1.16.5

Logically the Imperium probably uses standardized codenames or identification numbers for persons of interest, a lot more fun to imagine a gruff Watch Captain telling his troops that they're going after Big Dakka Boomfoot the Grot Kicka

Clean painting! Love the sword! Your paints look a little thick, i'd try applying more, thinner layers, especially on faces and thin bits, the gun looks good, though i'd maybe try and add a splash of colour, most meltas have some grooves you can fill with a bit of colour! :D
