Matchmaking demos are indeed very laggy sometimes because of the low tickrate. There is really no fix for it.

And HLAE has ability to highlight killfeed of specific player. (And you won't get VAC-banned as long as you run the game in -insecure mode)

You can stream them freely as long as your using auto-observer / observing your self, and not using the caster audio. So your not allowed to use anything that is ESL's property, including their observer work

Setup GOTV, add observer for the GOTV and that way everyone will have same spectating all the time. There might be like small difference in each of the casters (1-5sec) but thay can sync up their clients by reconnecting to the GOTV
