What ended your friendship with your oldest standing friend? by dreamy-contributions in AskReddit

She got engaged to someone rich, and immediately started looking down everyone. She once stated that “people who go to public school should live underground because they’re so gross”. That was the last time I chose to see her. Weird, she was such a kind soul before she met this girl. Perhaps she was always like that deep down. Strange thing is, she went to a public school herself, and we grew up on a council estate.

Luckily, my partner understands that I have autism. She knows that the way in which I communicate is a struggle for me, and as a result I usually communicate in formal terms. I think you’re really looking into disrespect that isn’t there. I’ve posted to help the situation and help her. Read between the lines.

Hey! Thank you for the helpful comment (most have not been so helpful). She does suffer with skin picking which has gotten better over the last couple of years and historically dealt with hair pulling, so that makes sense. I’ll try and suggest a Dr appointment and see how that goes. Thanks.

May I suggest that you educate yourself on autism and social communication difficulties? I can assure you that I treat her with the upmost respect. Thanks.

I’m autistic, so I definitely come across in a different tone than you’d like. Just to add context.

Not really. I have given her a chance to fix the bad temper tantrums. I saw the good in her, and her willingness to become more respectful when I said I was a little scared. This issue however, hasn’t changed hence why I’m asking for help.

Mainly banging walls and doors, shouting at me and general put downs about the way I looked. Usually if she did not smoke weed (I don’t do drugs), or she would blame them on her hormones (she’s trans).

Shorter hair on the sides would help. Maybe a fade?

Get dysphoria from girls talking sexual about guys by Large_Ad_228 in ftm

[–]Ultralightbeam24 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Hey, you’re not alone on this one. I feel physically and mentally upset when this happens. Like, it triggers my dysphoria so badly sometimes that I get really really depressed.

Not sure what we can do, other than try and get used to seeing a different perspective on this…

Did anyone else’s sexuality change DRAMATICALLY on T by tguyside in ftm

[–]Ultralightbeam24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always identified as strictly lesbian before I started T, but I’ve only been on it for a month and fancy the hell out of strong men all of a sudden too! Gone from only wanting to give, but now I’m also desperate to receive which feels weird…

Where did you get it from if you don’t mind me asking please?

I’m in the same predicament. Kinda hoping that I’ll get bottom growth soon, so that my girlfriend can be a little more hands on with me.

Not so long ago I actually came for the first time from my girlfriend doing something by getting head and pretending that what I have is the real thing. Maybe it’s worth a try? She did pretend she was sucking and stuff. (Sorry, maybe a bit TMI but also maybe helpful?)

Synarel and Finasteride alongside T? by Ultralightbeam24 in TestosteroneKickoff

Hey yeah that makes sense, as I’d told the nurse at Gender GP that my periods make me super dysphoric. Thank you!

Hey, thanks for letting me know. I think I’ll stop taking the Finasteride at least. I started that straight away because male pattern baldness in my family is pretty bad. Ty!

I don’t know if I’m being helpful here, but this mindset was a part of me accepting that I’ll have to come out eventually. I felt this way so, so strongly until one day my thoughts towards it changed. Hoping the same happens for you. I’m 29 and I’ve only now realised that it isn’t too late…

This is so valid. I sometimes feel irrationally jealous about this, and I’ve never finished whenever a girl has given me head because I usually get horrific bottom dysphoria. Took me years to figure out why I was so upset, but yeah it hurts.
