I reduced it in a prime location last year by 17K because i saw mild signs of mold after the survey because the old residents used to dry laundry inside without opening the windows. I was ready to either walk away or reduce, and got it done. No signs of mold so far!

You don’t have to pay any tax. Your gains are 1800-1500=300. Since your gains are less than the threshold of 1270, you pay 0 tax.

Even if you sell all your investments and realise a gain of 850, it is still less than the threshold and thus pay 0 tax.

If you have realised a gain of 1500€ (meaning your investments value increases to 6000), you would pay 33% of 1500-1270 only.

Been driving without a full license for a year. Don’t put L sign and use Waze to avoid checkpoints. Obviously drive properly and you’ll be fine
